Q  How do I pay?

A  We accept bank transfers, cashiers checks, money orders, business checks and personal checks. Business and personal ckeck orders are shipped after the checks clear the bank. The fastest way to get your order is with a bank transfer.


Q  Is there sales tax on any of the products?

A  No, we don't put sales tax on these products as they are considered as food by the state of Ohio and we only ship from Ohio. You can check with your state to see if they are taxable there, if you like.


Q  How do I sign up for your Newsletter?

A  You can click Join Our Newsletter here or in the menu at the bottom of each of our web pages. Don't worry, we promise that we won't overload your inbox, we don't send many. Also, you can unsubcribe at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter or by going to the Join Our Newsletter page and clicking on the unsubscribe link.


Q  Is my email address and other information safe with you?

A  Yes it is! We promise not to sell, rent, or otherwise make any of your information available to anyone else, other than to complete your orders. For more information, please check out our Privacy Policy


Q  How long will it take to get my order?

A  This depends on the shipping method and where you live. Usually 2-6 days for package delivery and up to 2 weeks by truck. We usually ship the least expensive way.


Q  Can I return an order?

A  Yes, but only if we made a mistake as this is food and is not shipped to another customer, we destroy it. So be sure that what you order is what you want.


Q  If I have a problem with my order, how do I contact somebody that can help me?

A  Contact us is by filling out the form on our Contact Us page. We will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving your information. Please tell us what the problem is and make sure that you include your correct email address and daytime phone number. If you think your contact information wasn't correct or you forget to include it, contact us again in a few days, as we will have no way of contacting you if you don't. Q  Do you have a discount program for quantity buyers?
