Good Earth Edibles started making flavored hemp essence lollipops over 20 years ago for a few of the pioneers in the business. Around 2014 we started making CBD lollipops for a few companies thinking that they were legal because they were sold all over the internet (they weren't legal) and got questioned by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and then CBD lollipop production was shut down by the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA). Then in the December 2018 farm bill, laws were passed that legalized CBD products but the FDA rules didn't allow for edibles. In the fall of 2019 Ohio passed laws that said that CBD's were allowed in edibles. After that we applied for a license and received it in October of 2020. We are now able to make CBD edibles legally. Our license number is 39-1086P.

We manufacture all of our CBD products in our own factory to provide the highest quality and freshness directly to you. We send a sample of each edible that we've made to an independent lab for testing to make sure that it meets all required state and federal standards and, most importantly - Ours!
