            THC is a cannabinoid, a naturally occurring compound in marijuana plants. THC has psychoactive effects and is what gets you high or intoxicated.         Delta 8 is in the middle range of THC strength with users claiming it to be about half as strong as delta 9 but with health benefits such as pain relief, stress relief, help with anxiety and sleep, etc. Many people that live in non-legal delta 9 states rely on delta 8 for relief from their health problems. Delta 8 is legal in most states but not all, be sure to check if it's legal in yours.
        Delta 8 is the middle strength of the three

        Delta 9 (D9)
        Delta 9 is the most abundant THC in the cannabis plant with the most research. When people are talking about THC they're usually talking about delta 9. Delta 9 is known primarily for its intoxicating effects but also for health benefits. It may help with anxiety, insomnia, pain, nausea, glaucoma, muscle spasms and more. Delta 9 is federally legal if products are less than 0.3% by dry weight.
        Delta 9 is the strongest of the three

        Delta 10 (D10)
        Delta 10 is the least studied THC of the three with a mild psychoactive effect and is said to have be uplifting. It’s a good choice for beginner cannabis users as it’s less potent than delta-8. It is also one of the least available as it is not sought after by many as it has the weakest intoxicating effects.
